Aimed at the retail market, this product covers all areas from retail parks, shopping centres to grocery retailers, e.g. supermarkets.Any major retailer that has dedicated parking facilities could use the ANPR camera technology to identify their customers arriving at their premises, and through the REG engine permit them to contact their customers via mobile phone SMS messages for any of the following reasons:
- Up-sell and cross-sell to your customers by sending relevant marketing messages offering discounts relevant to their historical shopping habits. These offers can be redeemed through mobile coupons or numerical codes.
- Notification of new products, news and events.
- Offer car park security and a means of communicating to the vehicle owners should there be any problems in the car park e.g. alarm going off, a minor accident, parking in a disabled bay.
