Our closed loop system allows you to contact your customer’s via their mobile phone, using SMS in real-time. Messages will be delivered within 30 seconds of arrival.

How it works
- Customers will be identified through placement of ANPR cameras
at the entry point of the car park.
- The registration plate of each vehicle will be stored into a local database.
- The vehicle details will be verified using the DVLA database.
- The registration plate details will then be processed through our
REG Messaging Engine and matches made to your database for a
customer match.
- A relevant message will be processed and delivered to the mobile
phone using our SMS provider and pertinent network operator.
- The message will be delivered real-time upon entry to the car park
– we aim to deliver within 30 seconds
- The system is an opt-in system hence the customer remains in control.
- Sign-up will be done via your marketing department in partnership with
Discrete Communications.
- Our system can be white labelled so you remain in control of your customers and your branding.
The sign up process is very simple:
- Through your marketing activities you can data capture your customer's name, email address, registration plate and their mobile phone number.
- A PIN
number will be sent to them to be inputted online when they complete their
registration and their personal details such as name, email address, registration plate and mobile number.
